How do I create a gym?

Visit infitnity.ai/get-started to create your gym account. Once set up, you'll have access to the full web dashboard and the Infitnity app where you can manage your schedule, members, and classes.

How do I join a gym?

Sign up for an Infitnity account at infitnity.ai/signup, then open the app and request access to your gym. If your gym admin has already added you, you'll be linked automatically when you sign in.

I was added as a member by a gym admin. How do I access the gym?

Create an Infitnity account using the same email address your admin used when adding you — you can sign up at infitnity.ai/signup or through the app. Your account will be automatically linked to the gym.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?", enter your email address, and we'll send you a reset link.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@infitnity.ai with your request and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.

I'm a gym owner. Can I access my data from a computer?

Yes — log in at infitnity.ai to access your web dashboard. From there you can manage your schedule, members, billing, and more from any browser.
